My behavior can change, I hope!

10 Solutions to change.

You have behavior that serve you well, but you also have behavior that don’t serve you
that well. If your behavior is draining your energy and creativity, consider changing it now.

Are you tired and aware of the destructive result and repeating the same behavior
again and again?

I will show you several strategies that will initiate a process of change if you want to change a
specific behavior.

A behavior can create a deeper problem like an addiction, if this is the case for you first

starting to learn how to handle a small behavior is a good start.

First I will say this: you are the one doing the job here. 

I intend to inspire you but you are the actual changemaker.

Real change takes about 2-4 weeks. 

This can be irritating but if you want to change you need to persist the resistance 

to change that is in every one of us.
Just accept that you have resistance, tell yourself “I have resistance to….” 

and I will be aware of this all the time.
Don't fight it don’t hate it, just look at it as if you see your behavior as a child doing 

and acting out this behavior in your inner person.

 Your attitude to this is crucial.

The attitude that your behavior can and is about to change needs to be firm and consistent
throughout the days to come.

No one is forcing you to act according to a behavior.

You are the one holding the will to change in your hand.
